Return & Refund Policy
At Pink Aura, each body oil is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at pinkaura.po@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.
Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
We recommend performing a patch test before full use. Pink Aura is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not been processed or shipped.
Shipping Issues
Pink Aura is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping provider directly.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased during sales or promotions
- Gift cards
